Development project: restructuring of the existing structure, design of a sauna area in the basement, a jacuzzi area and redesign of the terrace.

An ambitious project aiming to transform the basement into a luxurious wellness space, offering an unparalleled relaxation experience.

We optimized the available space to integrate an elegant and functional sauna. To maintain a visual connection with the outside and allow natural light to enter, we added a bay window.

Regarding the jacuzzi area, we considered two strategic options: the first was to integrate it under the terrace, thus offering a hot tub experience sheltered from the elements, while the second proposed placing it outdoors to fully enjoy the fresh air and the view. Each of these options offers its own advantages, and our team was on hand to advise and help visualize the different possibilities.

The terrace has undergone a complete restructuring; an old mound of earth was leveled to extend the terrace area, creating a protective canopy over the sauna. This modification adds an aesthetic touch to the outdoor space while providing a functionally designed relaxation environment, complete with a bar for a pleasant and convivial experience.
